For the successful implementation of the project, the project author must oversee strict compliance with the design documentation during the renovation process and coordinate with all contractors involved in the project. Author’s supervision is not included in the cost of the design project and is provided under a separate agreement.
THE SERVICE INCLUDES:
Site visits by the designer (no more than 4 times per month)
Monitoring compliance between the approved design project and its on-site implementation
Consultations for the site manager (foreman) and construction team, as well as related specialists, on any questions arising within the scope of the design project
Making necessary adjustments to the working drawings that arise during construction (after demolition of existing walls and interior elements, construction of new walls/partitions/structures, leveling and installation of floors, walls and ceilings, and clarification of project details)
Remote consultations during working hours (email, phone, messengers)
THE SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Technical supervision — monitoring compliance with construction technologies and documenting concealed works (this is the responsibility of the on-site foreman and/or technical supervision services)
Procurement / specifications (FF&E and materials)
Liability for improper performance of contracts by third parties
Testing and quality control of engineering systems
Acceptance of finishing materials, furniture, etc.
Control of material deliveries and timelines
Revisions to already approved 3D interior visualizations within the scope of author’s supervision (available for an additional fee only)
* The final cost of author’s supervision is calculated individually based on the approved design project and depends on the city, distance to the site, area, and complexity of the project.
